Winter Themed Pocket Wallets

These pocket wallets are to match the six wristlets I made a few days ago. I actually couldn't find my pattern but after looking at my own pocket wallet, I remembered the sizes of fabric I needed. Thank goodness for that!!

Brown and Pink Small Tote Bag

This small tote was ordered as a Christmas gift. I ran out of brown fabric so used tan instead for the flower and the lining.

Wristlets

Wristlets are a great small gift idea! They are inexpensive as well as a unique gift that anyone woman could use!! The first one is for my sister who called dibs on the Flare bag I made recently in the same fabric, she wanted a matching wristlet. The other two were ordered as Christmas gifts.

Hot Pink and Black Ashlyn Bag

After I posted the other hot pink and black Ashlyn bag I made on my facebook, I immediately got an order for one as a Christmas gift. So here it is. It's a tad different which I like to do because I can't have any two bags exactly the same, can I? No way!! I love this style bag!

Personalized Mickey Mouse Mini-Messenger

This mini-messenger was ordered as a Christmas gift for a Mickey Mouse fan. Her initials are embroidered on this bag. I think it turned out really cute!!

Mickey Mouse Flare Bag

Apparently Mickey Mouse is pretty popular! I got two more Mickey bags after posting the Mickey Mini-Messenger....wow, that's a tongue twister! I really like the change of the Flare style for this Mickey bag and once again, the Mickey head really makes this bag!!

Lime Green and Black Tulip Bag

This Tulip Bag turned out so cute!! It was ordered as a Christmas gift for someone who loves lime green but the giver of this bag loves hot pink so she wanted some pink added. I was a little leary about how it would look but the pink buttons are an awesome accent to this bag!! This bag is larger than my normal tulip bag.

Teacher Messenger

This medium sized messenger bag was ordered as a Christmas gift for a kindergarten teacher. What an awesome gift to get from a student!! I hope she likes it!!

Blue Polka Dot Messenger Bag

This is a mini-messenger that was ordered as a Christmas gift for a 13 year old who loves blue and yellow. The inside is lined in yellow.

Black and Red Tulip Bag

This bag was ordered as a birthday present awhile back but I couldn't post it until after her birthday. Someone said this fabric looks like Twilight fabric I guess because of the colors. Hey, that works for me! I love everything Twilight!!

Pink and Brown Messenger Bag

I love the large messenger bags! This one was ordered by a man as a gift for his wife!! Isn't that sweet??!!

Black Tulip Bag

This is a black tulip bag that I normally make with two fabrics but the customer wanted something all black. I like it with all one fabric!! Tulip bags are one of my smaller bag styles so if you don't carry a lot and want a bag that is different, the tulip is perfect!!

Floral Flare

When I saw this fabric, I instantly pictured a bag made with it. I decided to make a Flare style bag but turned in the sides to give it a sharper look and tried to do a little something different along the top edge to give it some extra flare.

Patchwork Bag with Bamboo Handles

I wanted to try something new and I had these bamboo handles for a few years and never used them. So I thought it was the perfect time to try them out. I am a scrapbooking consultant and I loved a paper pack that had brown, pink and green so what better color scheme to use for his Naomi bag!! This style is very roomy, as you can see. As soon as I posted this bag on my facebook, a customer turned friend from California wanted it. Thanks, Betty!

Snowflake Mini-Messenger

I had a request for a snowflake bag and the customer and I thought a snowflake instead of my typical flower would be a great added touch to a snowflake themed bag. So here it is!! I think the snowflake turned out great on this mini-messenger. This bag had a short strap and hangs just under the arm. Let it snow!!

Mickey Mouse Mini-Messenger

This mini-messenger was made because I had an order for a "Disney" bag. I thought black, red and yellow would look good and I could try to incorporate Mickey Mouse in it. I found the red fabric online and it has little Mickey heads on it. So of course I had to replace my normal "Casey flower" with Mickey's head and it turned out really well!!!

This wristlet was ordered as a gift for a Penn State fan for Christmas.

Black and Yellow Patchwork Bags

I absolutely love this color scheme!! I made this diaper bag as a gift for my cousin who is expecting a baby boy before Christmas.




I loved the color scheme so much I had to make another bag with these fabrics! This is a Flare Bag. I love how the yellow flowers make the bags!!

Plaid and Brown Bags

This is a smaller version of a Florence Bag. I questioned my choice of the dark brown with the plaid but after it started coming together, I really liked the contrast. These are matching mom and daughter bags.

Elegant Brown Florence Bag

I was looking for fabric that had neutral colors, brown, cream and/or gray. This fabric was perfect!! I love it's elegance and the dark brown polka dotted flower adds a little something, don't you think?

Black, Red and Green Patchwork

I found a pack of pre-cut squares of coordinating fabric and I thought it might make a nice bag. This was supposed to be an Ashlyn Bag like the hot pink and black bag but I forgot to sew pleats in it!! Can you believe that? I guess having 4 children wouldn't have anything to do with being forgetful! :)

Introducing...The Ashlyn Bag

This is the Ashlyn Bag. I named it after my very good friend Ashley Lynn who has been my friend since kindergarten. Even though this bag isn't for her, I felt it fitting to name it after her since her fav colors are hot pink and black. I love the way it turned out!!

Black Cat Halloween Bag

This bag is perfect of a lover of Halloween! The owner of this bag is exactly that! She loves black cats so I found this fabric of a black cat holding a piece of candy corn. The picture doesn't do the bag justice! Happy Halloween!

Twilight Bag

Obviously this Single Strap bag isn't a Twilight bag but it was ordered by a friend of mine and when I posted it on my facebook, a fellow Twilight fan said it looked like a Twilight bag!!

Fall Flare with Fancy Flower

I made this Flare Bag for my friend for her birthday. She picked out the fabric and wanted a "double flower" which I never thought of before. Great idea, Ang, because it turned out beautiful!! I love, love, love this bag!! My 7 year old daughter told me I should make a bag like this for myself....unfortunately I'm in diaper bag mode now and don't have enough arms for a baby, a diaper bag and a purse!!

I was so thrilled when I found this brown polka dot fabric and the pink paisley! When I saw them in the store I envisioned what they would look like together in a bag and it's better than what I thought!! The button on this flower is an old button from a collection of buttons that my mom's cousin had. Nothing beats the look of a unique, old button. I love this bag!

Well, I'm trying to get bags done, slowly but surely. This purple Tulip is for a teenage girl from church. She's wanted one for a long time and now she'll finally have it this pretty tulip hanging under her arm!!

Brown and Blue Polka Dot Diaper Bag

I actually made this Diaper Bag for myself. My other one was smaller than I liked so I made this one so I could fit everything I need in it. In the second picture you can see I have my black Sleepy Wrap, a receiving blanket and burp cloth, diapers, a extra outfit and all the other things needed for diaper changing. In the outside bottle pocket, I have a water bottle. This diaper bag is definitely large enough to hold everything I need when going off with the baby.

Pink and Brown Patchwork Diaper Bag

I made this diaper bag before my son was born in March but couldn't post it until after it was given to the expectant mom at her baby shower. So hopefully she liked it!! I tried something a bit different for this bag, the patchwork isn't the normal 5x5 squares because I didn't have enough of some of the fabrics so I decided to just use random sizes of fabric. I think it's cute!

Patchwork Diaper Bag

Well, this is the first bag I've made since the birth of my son. I still am getting used to saying "my son", it's great! This bag was ordered and paid for before he was born and the woman was so wonderfully patient with me in getting it done. I really appreciate that, Tiffany!
